FAQ

FAQ (Bakeware) ? What is the purpose of the silicone grips on the baking pans?

Answer  - The silicone grips and wide rounded edges in our Elite Bakeware make handling food dishes with ease. You can confidently grasp our pans from hot ovens knowing there are large non-slip handles. Unlike traditional small handle baking pans, our pans are designed to make baking easy and comfortable. Please use caution as the red silicone grips get extremely hot.

FAQ (Bakeware) ? What is the best way to clean the baking pans?

Answer - Simply placing each baking pan in the dishwasher is the safest way to clean each pan. If you prefer to hand wash each pan, please use a soft non-abrasive cloth or brush. Please do not use stainless steel brushes or pads as this will scratch the non-stick coating. Please make sure other metal products (forks, knives, etc.) never touch the baking pans, as they will scratch the non-stick coating.

FAQ (Bakeware) ? Will the red silicone grips melt or get hot?

Answer  - Our silicone grips are oven safe up to 500 degrees fahrenheit. Please use gloves or a hot pad when handling our baking pans. Our silicone grips can get extremely hot.

FAQ (Bakeware) ? Can I use a metal spoon, knife or fork to remove baked food from the baking pans?

Answer  - Never use any metal objects with the baking pans. Metal objects touching the baking pans will scratch the non-stick coating. Instead, please use rubber or silicone utensils when removing baked goods or for serving.

FAQ (Utensils) ? What is the best way to clean the utenils?

Answer  - Simply rinse off each cooking utensil and place them in the dishwasher. If hand washing is preferred, use a soft brush or wash cloth along with soap. Do NOT use metal or wire brushes or wire scrub pads as this can damage the cooking utensils.

FAQ (Utensils)? What is the purpose of the silicone heads, will it melt?

Answer  - The silicone cooking heads are made of commercial grade silicone to be much more durable than other cooking utensils. Most cooking utensils are made of plastic or nylon, generally speaking, these materials will melt and scratch much easier than silicone.

FAQ (Utensils)? Why stainless steel handles?

Answer  - Stainless steel handles provide the perfect combination of style along with durability. Furthermore, stainless steel won't chip or crack like the plastic or nylon used in other cooking utensils.

FAQ (Utensils)? Are there any harmful materials used in the utensils?

Answer  - No harmful materials are in the cooking utensils. In fact, all cooking utensils are BPA free and FDA approved.
